ConocoPhillips participates in three joint ventures with QatarEnergy LNG, which is a unique global energy operator in terms of size, service and reliability with 14 LNG trains and a total annual production capacity of 77 million tonnes. This makes QatarEnergy LNG the largest LNG producer in the world. Established in 1984, QatarEnergy LNG develops and produces hydrocarbons from the world’s largest non-associated natural gas field. QatarEnergy LNG is committed to safety, environmental sustainability, flawless project delivery, and the reliability and efficiency of the production facilities, to play a key role in Qatar’s efforts to become a global leader in the LNG industry.

QatarEnergy LNG
ConocoPhillips owns 30 percent of 8 MTPA of QatarEnergy LNG N(3) capacity. N3 consists of upstream natural gas production facilities, which produce approximately 1.4 gross BCF per day of natural gas from Qatar’s North Field over a 25-year life, in addition to the LNG facility.
